	Return Policy Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with a prior RMA (returned material authorization). However, returns are NOT accepted on SPECIAL ORDERS or PERSONALIZED ITEMS unless the item has a defect. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Email us at info@kidsdecorandmore.com for an RMA#. We will forward you detailed instructions on how to process the return or exchange.
